Scary Stuff

In honor of Halloween I thought I’d post some pictures (old and new) ranging from not scary to very scary.

NOT SCARY: The chubby little witch with a cute smile, circa 1986. Also not scary – Jake in a one of a kind vintage Nef Halloween costume. CUTE!

KIND OF SCARY: My growing baby bump. I think I’m the same size at 22 weeks as I was with Jake at 30 weeks. Also kind of scary – Brent’s hair in this picture, and my waist… I hope to see it again someday. And one more – Jake caught red handed at the Whitacre’s Halloween party with a big bag of candy and no adult supervision. Yikes!

That’s a fine piece of woman right there.
Excuse me for a minute while i tackle the ref.
Jake abstained from musical chairs in favor of eating some CANDY!

SCARY: How natural the Smith’s looked in their rocker/grunge/white trash apparel. Also scary – the giant Raggedy Ann sprawled across the evil queen from Snow White, a referee, and a cavewoman (to name a few).

Primary Pres. and Young Men’s President are in this shot.
In case you can’t tell, he was sporting eyeliner and painted fingernails. He’s our Elders’ Quorum President. And his wife is the nursery leader.
Apparently that’s a backwards Utahn. He’s wearing socks in sandals and shirt that says ‘I (picture of utah) Utah’. I learned Utah looks like a heart.

VERY SCARY: Wyatt wearing chains and lots of eye make-up. Also – a soaking wet man wearing socks, sandals, and an I heart UTAH shirt. (Friends: Please don’t murder me, doorbell ditch me, or cross me off your Christmas card list for posting these pictures. You know I love you.)

ISN’T ANYONE GOING TO THROW A PARTY THIS YEAR? IT’S BEEN WAY TOO LONG!

    I was thinking the same thing last night (about the party) I would totally do it but my house is so stinkin small! Those pictures are great and your bump is hardly scary. See ya tomorrow, Disneyland on a friday – now that might be scary.

    Tami, if that was how big you were at 30 weeks with Jake, I hate your stinking guts…
    And these are the best halloween pictures ever! Someone please throw a halloween party, that would be so fun.

    Well we would offer to host it at our clubhouse but, well… you see… we’re going to be in Hawaii until the 29th so we wouldn’t have any time to plan it…

    Ok–word is, the Dobrons are trying to pull together a Halloween bash…we’re thinking dressing up….hitting a haunted house or corn maze, and then dinner out at a restaurant all decked out. Spread the word—-and ask for location suggestions….. anyone??

    Tami- Who is the guy in the I heart Ut t-shirt. He look famiar…I think he was friends with Jeremy up at BYU??? And you look TOO good for being 22 weeks!!!

    Krystal – that is a GREAT idea! Count us in. I think a haunted house and dinner would be a blast… I’m sure there are a bunch in San Diego. I don’t know about around here though…?
